Information from Students at Course/Seminar Offerings
As a condition of granting qualifying or continuing education, each state
requires certain personal information identifying students. Each state has
its own requirements for identifying personal information and each state
may change the information it requires at any time. To help ensure that the
Appraisal Institute can provide all the necessary identifying personal
information for any given state so that students can receive proper credit,
the Appraisal Institute requests that students provide their names,
addresses, social security numbers, dates of birth, and appraiser license
numbers.
You are not required to provide any or all of the personal information
requested. However, if you "opt out" of providing such
information, please understand that you may not receive qualifying or
continuing education credit in a given state, depending on that state's
requirements.
